Dining & Bar

Catering:
We encourage couples to choose their own caterer with the confidence that our venue provides the space and support your vendor will need in our holding kitchen. Our venue is equipped for buffet dinners, plated meals, hors d’oeuvres service, and more. We also offer a list of trusted, preferred caterers for couples looking for a place to start.

Self-Catering Option
Couples may choose to provide their own food or work with a non-traditional caterer, provided all state and local requirements are met.
This includes:
• Proper liability insurance
• Any required permits or day licenses, as applicable under Minnesota law
We’re happy to help guide you through what’s needed to ensure everything is handled correctly.
Alcohol:
Our Approach
Our goal is not to maximize profit on alcohol. Instead, we aim to provide a smooth, safe, simple and affordable experience for you and your guests while still following Minnesota's alcohol service laws.

We operate under a licensed catering and liquor permit and offer full-service alcohol options for your event.
Alcohol Service
All alcohol service must be provided by a properly licensed and insured provider in accordance with Minnesota law.
Couples may choose one of the following options:
• Our in-house licensed alcohol service, or
• Work with another properly licensed and insured bar or catering provider, subject to approval.
If using an outside provider, they must supply:
• A current liquor license
• Proof of insurance coverage for the event
All documentation must be submitted prior to your event.
Bar Options
For couples using our service, we offer flexible options to fit your vision and budget:
• Open Bar
• Limited Bar
• Cash Bar
We take care of the logistics like setup, staffing the bar, ID checks, insurance coverage and keeping your event smooth, safe and worry-free.

Our goal is to work closely with each couple to create an alcohol experience that fits your event, budget and style.

Private Use
Alcohol for personal use is allowed within lodging spaces only and must remain private in accordance with Minnesota law.
